I don't think so. even in Einstein's mass energy relation, there is no description of time, in mathematical terms. Besides, it takes energy to "power" something and energy can be changed. energy can also be represented as a mass but in case of time this seems impossible. So i conclude, time cannot power anything.
What is side anyway in a two dimensional figure? if you say plane, circle has single plane, and if you talk about side, it exists in three dimesion and you might wanna ask how many sides a sphere has. the answer would be infinite. then question comes, how we find the area of the sides, well we have to do this with i guess some integration. i guess that was it!

Yeah, human consciousness. For example, you wake up 5 minutes before you need to be at work, dead-lethargic. You see the clock. Suddenly, you have enough energy for a Triathlon while doing 85 up the highway.
As for a circle, you could say it is a polygon with an infinite number of sides, but it could be a polygon with say, a million sides, as long as it looks smooth.

Yes, when you work from 9 am to 5 pm, you get purchasing power for your time.
A circle can be thought of as having infinite sides or just one side. It depends if you want to define sides as a straight line or not.

Einstein said, "Energy = (mass)(velocity of light squared)"
He also said that there are space-time warps caused by the gravity of large objects in the universe. So, from the equation above, if we could change the speed of light, then we could change the energy a given mass can produce or actually modulate the amount of energy being produced by modulating the speed of light. Therefore, as a nuclear powered space ship flies through the space-time warp caused by a large gravity source, isn't it's nuclear reactor energy increased as the rate of time passage increases while exiting the space-time warp? If so, then time can produce energy and energy powers the spaceship.
