My dad always eats Take Always Curry but always very mild and Chinese usually Special Fried Rice. He never eats at home as he works so much we can call his work at 11.30pm and he is still at his PC. He does not drink alcohol but this can not be doing his body any good can it. But he thinks I am over reacting I don’t want anything to affect his heart.

That is a very poor diet indeed! One needs to always have 5 portions of fresh fruit or veg each day, take execise and drink lots of water. Work is something that needs to be assessed, what is his contracted working week? He needs to look at his work-life balance, does he live to work, or work to live. It is no good being a person who works hard if you can't enjoy some of the benefits of working, i.e. time with friends and family. I can say this as I have been there, worked and worked, for what? to pay a mortgage and pension that may not be enjoyed as could be dead before the mortgage or pension is paid off or out?
I dont think you are over reacting, you are showing your concern. If you cant get to talk to him, play him at his own game and do soem reasearch on the web of balancing work/life and healthy diets etc, and email him the web links!

the food sounds ok in moderation 1 or 2 times a week, but as long as it is balanced out with regular healthy meals of grilled fish/meat and vegetables on the other days and some exercise with a daily intake of plenty of water and some fresh air they should be ok.

sounds like someone in your family should help him make a packed lunch to get him started and arrange a walk or something a few times a week with him

and after all - nobody ever died wishing they spent more time in the office

yes you are over reacting curry is not particulaly bad for you and rice is actually good for you even if it is fried. the only bad thing is the stress he might well be under which you are no doubt increasing by worrying him about health problems.

if your dad suffers will high cholesterol this certainly won't help him, and if he also has heart disease which runs in the family he should be exercising more cutting down on fatty foods, heart and cholesterol are heredity

He sounds like he could use a vegetable infusion and a holiday. See if you can't arrange both.
