Every single person in the world is off balance, when it comes to there face,in some people it's more obvious then others.

Of course, there are people who do truly have different colored eyes (Kate Bosworth is the most famous one I can think of, had one Brown and one Blue Eye) but it is just nature's toss of the coin.

However, what I think you are getting at is the two sides of any person's face are not symetrical and the functions for left and right brain thinking are different and do affect how a person reacts to interactions, which is accurate. One side of our brain is cognitive thought and the other is creative.

No, but I have noticed that some peoples eyes don't match, as in one is blue & the other green or brown.
Some of them, while one looks right at you the other looks away.

yeah, it's true... least for me! always wondered that... it's kinda like our feet! most people's feet aren't exactly the same. they almost always differ a bit in size
