Find the cap under the hood (the trunk on the front) that says 'engine coolant.' Pour the antifreeze in up to the mark.

If it is a modern Benz, look for the overflow reservoir (the plastic jug with a hose going to the top of the radiator cap) put NO MORE than the top line shown on the side of that jug to allow for expansions. If the jug is totally dry the next day after you do that, you've got mechanical problems and/or a plugged up radiator. Then, it's a mechanic. Good luck!

Same as any other car, remove the radiator cap and pour it in.
