If aliens visited Earth, would humans recognize them as such? After all, no-one has ever seen an alien; we have no idea what they might look like, what size they might be, or how they might behave.

Yikes! The big brother comment sound worse than a genuine alien invasion to me. I think that aliens cleverly disguised, say, as traffic cones, could bring the UK to a chaotic halt within minutes without even a shot being fired. Perhaps alien viruses could destroy all human life, again, without a single shot being fired, and us humans being none the wiser!

half the people on planet Earth don't know their **** from their elbow - let alone whether an alien has landed!!! When you look at the amount of different species on Earth and see the stupidity of some 'human beings', you could be forgiven for thinking that they are already here!!!! Personally, I think they are probably up there watching us like a soap opera - we are, after all, equally unbelievable!!!!!!!!

it is actually kinda difficult to tell.

they maybe totally different from us physically and hence this will make it much easier for us to spot them, but at the same time they could look exactly like us and hence, we have no way to differentiate an alien from a human.

i guess we can only be truly sure when we finally meet one.

Perhaps we are some sort of large Big Brother experiment...so we are under observation all the time.
