I personally hate anything rubbing between my toes, so prefer the wooden scholls, they also have a formed foot shape to them so your feet fit comfortably in them. Which do you prefer and why?

Scholls!
They have more support for the foot.
Doctors have been finding women who wear flip flops are having major foot problems.

Flip-flops. The wooden schools just don't seem that comfortable to me. Wearing flip-flops almost doesn't even feel like wearing shoes at all, which is great. I don't mind the piece between my toes. I used to wear schools when I was a kid, and I remember that my feet always ached after wearing them all day...must have been the wooden sole.

I've only tried Scholls once and they really hurt my feet... So I'm a flip flops girl.. More colours, really light, and you have more options with them.
My flip flops are pretty cheap though, and so they're really warped and falling apart haha so I'm living in my Converse until I can find a better pair. I didn't know it was so hard to find black flip flops!

I have 2 pair of scholls and I can't wear any of them as the leather is so tough it gives me blisters, consequently I am a flip flops girl.

Flip-flops - you can't split someone's skull open if you throw a flip-flop at them.

Which is something someone should have told my mother when she was buying my sister's footwear when we were kids.

I still have a scar - thirty years on!

Dr f*cking Scholl - I'd like to burn him on a pyre of his own sodding sandals

Along with stone, mud and animal parts, wood was one of the first materials worked by early humans. Microwear analysis of the Mousterian stone tools used by the Neanderthals show that many were used to work wood. The development of civilization was closely tied to the development of increasingly greater degrees of skill in working these materials.
