http://www.emulator-zone.com/ for all your emulators, there is no PSP emulators yet (if anyone says there is they are a liar).

As for PS2 games, you have to just search the google and yahoo for them as most are downloadable through torrents due to their size.

You can only play these games on emulaators, there is no way to get them onto your actual PS2.

Before I answer this, it is illegal to download any games off the internet that you do not currently own. Now that the disclaimer is out of the way:

There are several ways to play burned ps2 games on your console. One is by use of a mod chip, use of which will void your warranty. the second is only good for the PS2's that have the sliding tray, not the lifting one, and requires some cutting of your console. Third is a crack that is usable only with the added internal hard drive that went on market several years ago, only usable with the older PS2 consoles.

Frankly, it's a lot safer to rent or buy the game, instead of trying to download and burn them.

Unless you have a decent emulator on your computer.

To download games, try a bittorrent client.

do not hardship with unlawful downloads. you purely isn't able to play the game without first setting up a mod chip or making use of the bothersome "Disk change" approach, and that calls for you to have between the few PS2 disks that ought to also be used for such swaps.
