I scream. Haha. Write down everything that's making me feel that way and then burn the paper. Go for a run (to relieve stress). Listen to angry music. When I get really down like that its sometimes hard for me to pick myself back up. I really do scream though. I live in a valley so it echoes. It sounds pretty cool. But then I usually break down crying so...yeah. Just do not kill or hurt yourself. You are so much better than that. You deserve so much more. Hang in there!! If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here for you. I know how this feels. I've been here many times before.

First you need to ask yourself why you are tired of living and and look for the good side of things. Remember that a cup is half full and not just half empty. Their is nothing wrong with getting some professional help with problems that you can not handle yourself. If you are still a teen then ask you parents for some advice and some help.
Killing oneself is only a permanent solution to a temporary problem and life is worth living.

It is your responsibility to be the best you can be. Use some common sense and don't feel too sorry for yourself, there are people worse off than you. Start writing everything down on paper. Now walk away from it and edit it as thoough you were trying to help someone answer those same questions. When you find yourself in a rut, quit digging.

You aren't tired of life. You are tired of your self. It's a sign that you need to change something about your self. Try to stand back far enough from yourself in your imagination so that you can really look at how you live. Notice what things cheer you up and make you happy. Notice what things attract your interest.

It's your job to make yourself happy. Nobody else can do it for you. But it IS a job. You have to work at it. you have to really look at yourself and see what you need. Then you have to figure out how to get it.

The first step is to decide whether you want to be healthy and live or do you want to shrivel up and die? There is a strong force inside you that wants to live, but you have to work with it and not against it.

Working against it is when you want something but then you tell yourself "Oh I could never have that. I don't have what it takes to be that kind of person."

Every person has what it takes, but first comes desire and will followed by effort and persistence. And that leads to happiness.

I don't know what is going on in your life but ending it is not the answer. If you want to do anything, turn it around. Seek out a whole new group of friends and get involved in some activities. I felt really down and out at a point in my life and luckily I found somebody on-line who was able to pick me up so to speak. He convinced me to join a sport that he was coaching and it offered so much more confidence to me. Please find somebody to talk to, ending it all is never the answer.

When your tired of life you dont frakin kill yourself, crying is acceptable but should be avoided. listen the only way life is going to get better is if you put your foor down and make it better crying is not going to make anything better.I had to learn this the hard way but now I have my life back on track because im out there working hard to make my life work for me.

How can you be tired of life? You have not yet started living your life, where is the question of getting tired? You are too young, enjoy life. Enjoy the youth and enjoy till the last breath, come what may.

Try to start walking outside and see the peoples full of energy. Talk to yr friends and stay outdoor as much as possible.

You go out with friends and forget about everything....you just have to know that there are a lot of other people that feel much worse....enjoy life....
