Try going to
http://www.babysaver.org or call the Consumer Product Safety Commission 24/7 at 1-800-638-2772 to file a complaint.
They might be able to do something about it. You can also write your own report in specific detail at
http://www.ripoffreport.com
so you can warn other potential consumers.
PS- You could contact the company, but I highly doubt they'd care. They're a corporation just like any other, so one complaint won't make them change anything.

The company. They will recall the product. The last thing they want is a lawsuit.

If you're in the US, the best place is the Consumer Product Safety Commission. On their main Web page (see souces section below), click on "report an unsafe product". You should also report it to the manufacturer, but the CPSC is the first and most important.

Wal-Mart carries the "Child of Mine" products. You may want to start there. They can lead you the right direction to report this and have this item recalled by the product safety commission.

Where was the toy bought, go to the shop and complain there, otherwise check out what company made it, look if you can find them on the internet and send e-mail, they might give you refund also.

contact the company that sold the toy there should be a 1-800 number on the back of it. This would piss me off too, then after you call them if they don't do something about it, I would contact a lawyer.

Contact the company that made the toy. If you don't know, go to the store you bought it and check the packaging. Also, you might let the store manager know.

Contact the manufacture and the surgeon general in your state. If you are not in the US I don't know who you should call. The surgeon general may put on a recall.

Did you check the age recommendations on the toy before you gave it to your daughter? If the age recommendation is for an older kid, you won't have a leg to stand on.
