i love swimming really helped me beat the baby bulge

I used to love swimming when I was younger (aged 6-12) but now I'm grown up (age 25!) I cant seem to get over all the dirty things that happen in public pools!
On holiday last month I went to the indoor aqua park and there was loads of people with greasy hair who looked like they hadnt showered in months. Also I hate how when your swimming you can catch long bits of hair in your fingers! Eugh!
The worst thing I ever saw was a teenager spitting in the water and ducking his head, resurfacing then blowing huge snot clumps down his nose into the water. I left soon after that! Yuk!

I do its very good for you and one of the only exercises to work all the muscles in your body, love swimming in the ocean in Cayo Coco cause all the little fish come round you and that is so cool.

but I never find the time to go - the closest I get to swimming is when I have to stand in the fish pond in my back garden to clean out the pump !!!!

i hate swimming when i went in2 the deep end i try'd 2 struggle up
and i was not swimming well

I do, it's fun, it's romantic, but it's tiring at the end of the day I just collapse because of the sun, and water makes me tired !
