No I wasn't kidding and I wasn't selling Iwas hoping the person will get the you know what beat out of them hes switching the good out for bad and not paying. And my son is a cop didn't want to ask him he been busy in st. louis

Yes, you can get busted for selling fake drugs. It is apparently illegal to sell or use actual drugs AND fake drugs. A couple of kids were busted a few weeks ago for selling a baggie of oregano to a cop.

As the law goes when you get busted for drugs you usually get two citations. One for possession and the other for attempt to sell a controlled substance. While the drugs are fake and they may not get you on possession, they could get you on attempt to sell. Some courts will hold up the possession if the seller did not know they were fake. As it goes, being stupid is a crime, not knowing does not make you not guilty.

You will really get busted by the people who buy the drugs and find out that they are fake. I wouldn't want to hang around after the sale.

yes. it is illegal to sell someone drugs that aren't really that drug, passing it off as the real thing to make money.. It is an offense. And in oklahoma they call it turkey dope. or fake dope. And it is harmful

Yes; someone in my highschool 20 years ago was busted for selling crushed up diet pills as cocaine.

Yes you can get arrested and sentenced as if the fake was real, plus cops used nuts as crack to set up stings...
