You are either wearing the wrong size bra or the wrong style. Next time you're shopping for bras, talk to one of the sales associates. They are trained to fit you for a bra and can show you which styles would work for you.

Either you are not wearing the right size or you need a new bra...either way they will measure you at Victoria's Secret and most large department stores.

you have to buy a well fitting bra which supports your breast in and won't fall out of when you do it up. you might have to go to bra's and things as they fit you up with the bra you need for your breast.

Have a professional bra fitting. It works wonders. You may be wearing the wrong size, shape or cup for your breast size.

you need a bigger size. go to victorias secret or a department store that measures, or you can do it urself. all you need is a measuring tape. then go here:http://www.victoriassecret.com/html/bra/measuring/
and just follow the directions.
