Yes it has a neutron, but Im more than sure there are different isotopes of hydrogen which contain different amounts of neutrons, look it up.

no it doesn't have any neutrons. no one really knows why. its like the ducks "QUACK" never echoes and that baffels scientist. one theory is that since neutrons are just protons and electrons fused together, but hydrogen doesnot have enough eneryfor any fusion to take place.
