hey, ok im a really cute gurl with a nice skin and everything, but i have sides instead of a fat tummy. i'm having a huge b-day party with 600-700 people and i wanna look the best. can you tell me how i can lose my sides in a month! please please help me out!!

When you ask a question such as this, the best advise that I can give you is not to exaggerate too much! You were going okay until you said that you're having a huge b-day party with 600-700 people. You should have left that part out. That's when the red flag went up and let me know that this question, like so many others, is fake. I hate fake questions.... they're such a waste of everyone's time.

Side's,u mean love handels no soda,cut down carb's{only like 2 a week,[noddels,potatos;etc.] were black if u still feal the way u do um a low cut shirt draw's attention up so that works well.No belly shirts were a cute jean mini skirt and one of those layerd long tank top looks or a flowey v cut baho top,thats what i were when i feel like that.

eat a well balanced diet with fruits and veggies instead of candy, chips, etc.. if u have seventeen magazine or teen people magazine they give u basic work out that really work i lost 5 pounds in a month from doing those, eat a big salad everyday with light dressing and watch your carbs. and if you are not a shirt that will show your nabel you could wear a body shaperb that will shape your thighs and stomach, and wear a gurdle to hold your stomach in.

honey those r hips and there not goin anywhere! there ur curves the essence of a lady!
no u can exercise alllllllllllllll u want but u wont lose them without the help of a a surgeon!

u can join the yoga classes, it'll surely work and u can see the change in urself within 20-25 days.

The only way to get rid of them is cardio, cardio, and more cardio. As much as you can fit in for the month. Good luck.

cut down on your carb intake it could be water rention. also try laying on your side and lifting your legs up and down and walking is also good

abs are made in kitchen....
skip night meals.... n skip all junk foods, mutton, beef etc n yea icecream, butter, cheese too

haf vegetables more......
