I dont know what exactly the problem is from the question, but one things sure if he is behaving like an animal and creating havaco, misbehaving with your friend then she should definetly let her husband know about the situation and let him handel it, and she dosent want to tell her husband then also she can make a complanit with human rights society or the local Police so that they will take care of that idiot.

I wonder how genuine the "question" is. First you set the stage by telling us a female's neighbor abuses her. Then you throw in that she is married. So now we know this is not child abuse. So this is an adult woman who you would think has some control over allowing this abuse. At this point we are wondering what kind of abuse you are talking about, though you are strongly misleading. Then you throw the O'Henry ending on it by saying the neighbor is an animal. So an aggressive dog snarling and growling at her would definitely be categorized as abuse. She should call the dog pound.

You'll have to be more specific here...

Remember when you ask questions YOU know what's going on. But you have to clearly tell US what's going on.

Is this a child, is this sexual abuse?

Please... be more clear.
