I've been up since 4 am,

You beat me, I didn't get up until about 4:15am. Had two cups of coffee and still don't feel like I'm awake yet. I get up between 4 and 5 in the morning. A habit I can't get out of.

As I am typing this I am sipping on my coffee as well. I'm fairly awake this early because I have a very important group interview to go to in 4 hours and when I have important events like this I tend to wake up 5 hours early just to get myself ready.

Yes. Like you, I've been awake since four in the morning. This is the time when I usually can't stand being in bed without sleeping anymore...
I had my tea, as I always do when I wake up and, later, had another cup of tea and a cheese sandwich.
I live in Southeast Brazil and it's almost nine, here, time to leave YA and start to work!

I woke up at 2:30 am went to the gas station cuz i was out of butts and milk than i sat here talked to my sis on webcam and my friend doug in Ny...answered some questions and now Im making coffee, I wanna be awake when I go to work for 7pm tonight

I pulled an all-nighter tonight, making a pot of coffee around 3am. Usually I get up around 5:30-6am on a weekday, 7-8am on the weekends.

I actually live in Taiwan so it's like 6:30pm now - haha!
However; I generally go to bed around 3am and wake up at 11am (ish).
My work hours are usually 4pm - 10pm, so it's not really all my fault.
I think life is all about balance - we should have half a day and half a night!

Alarm goes off at 5:15, but I don't roll out of bed until 5:30.
Shower, dress, make-up, hair...one hour commute...coffee or tea as I drive.
Loads of great music, too.
Life is good.

My daughter wakes me up anytime around 6am. I'm able to communicate by about 06:30.

Am I awake yet :(( Its time to go to bed almost. Coffee before bed would only make me pee and give me nightmares so I'll give that a miss. I usually get up about 5.30am.
