Just because you like wearing makeup doesn't mean you have to wear bright colours. Be natural, it's a better look.
Go for it, because I'm female and I don't so there is a space opening up!

You may like to wear some light brown/ tan colour on your face tone. You may wear a natural colour base/ cream to make your skin look more even. You could highlight your eyeblows with a eyeblow-purpose stick or gel that make your eyeblows look deeper in colour and tidy.

He should follow his heart and wear makeup! These days, nothing is shocking anymore. Do what makes YOU feel good, don't worry about what other people think or say. You must make yourself happy.

wear make up!!! jsut dont be offended if people stare after all it may seem weird to thm, though in todays society "weird" is pretty common place......also he could just tellpeople he's practicing for when he becomes rich & famous after all actors n cuh wear make up on a regular basis!!! have fun!!
