i would prefer the chinese. they are known to be hardworking and business-minded people. they have a history of building great companies out of scratch. then again, it also depends on what product are you going to engage in, where the business would be, the possible consumers and competitors, and other factors.

Compared to offline businesses, the investment required to start an online business is minimal. A popular way of earning money on the internet is by providing information and services. This can be monetised by advertising or charging a subscription. You can also make money online by selling products on auction websites like eBay or through your own website. If the service and products are truly the same (including price) then I would suggest going with the one with the most convenience. India has more experience working with the west and generally speak English. You are less likely to have mix ups due to language.
This has nothing to due with ethnicity or trustworthiness. Both countries have their good and bad companies and ways to deal with them. If it is business and business only go for cost, efficiency, ease.
Good Luck

Definitely Indians. The reason is simple 1) English is good if it really matters as far as the kind of business is concerned 2) They are more honest, sincere and provide good quality of services or even manufacturing. Yes, they are bit slow but you should know how to handle it.
