ok I think you were penetrated and the blood was either your hymen popping (I assume you were a virgin) OR you didn't have enough lubrication and he rubbed your skin a little.
I don't think you're pregnant honey, just relax and your period will come in time.

Typically, when you are a virgin and you have sex for the first time there is some blood due to the rupture of your hymen. If you had never had sex before this time there is a good chance that your boyfriend may not have been on the outside of you. Unfortunately, about the time you were messing around (11 days after your last period) you are starting to begin to ovulate. Which is the best time to get pregnant. However, the only way to know for sure if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test.
If you are pregnant don't be afraid to ask for help. I'm not sure of your age or situation, but I'm sure no matter how old you are your parents will be there for you. There are also places like the Pregnancy Decision Center that can provide free pregnancy tests and help you through this scary time.

Ok here's the deal; if you are in fact speaking of the truth and you in fact WERE NOT penetrated, there is no way you could be pregnant. Those that are telling you "yes" are not ony ignorant but have no business answering anyone's medical questions on here, period!
Secondly a condom carries a 99.9% effective birth control rate which means even IF you were having intercourse there is only a 1 in a 100 chance you could be pregnant. Again, only if you had intercourse. It is neccessary to be in your ovulation cycle at the same time the condom was ineffective. So when looking at the factors of condom, ovuation and no penetration I would say with 100% confidence you are not pregnant.
Things that can cause late periods are stress and anxiety, an infection to your bladder or urinary tract, hormone imbalance, thyroid problem, cyst on the ovaries, physical stresses on the body, poor nutrition and pregnancy. As you can see there are so many factors that could cause it to come late. I had irregular cycles all through my teens into twenties, so it is very common.
The blood? chaffing... when you dry hump a person it will cause a chaffing effect, especially if you were in panties etc... breaking the skin and causing a little bit of blood residue. IF PENETRATED it's the breaking of the membrane over your cervix; which is normal for the first time.

You say you didn't have actual sex, so you are still a virgin, This phenomenon helps us understand the immaculate conception.
It is possible you are, but totally not likely. The chances are very slim since you did not actually have sex and he was wearing a rubber. The sperm would have to be very determined. It would have taken an act of God.
It is more likely to be stress or some other physical factor that is holding up your period.
When I am stressed, I lose weight, sudden weight loss can make you late. Just simply because you are worried, it is likely late, mine used to do that every time I worried about pregnancy, it was quite a cruel joke on my body's part.
The funny thing is, when I did get pregnant, I still had periods for the first four months. I thought I had the flu not a baby...

First off, please ignore all the morons below who are insulting you. They are pathetic and fail to realise that not everyone receives good information. In fact, a lot of them probably aren't sure themselves and don't want to admit it so they try to make you look stupid!!!
Second, the bleeding could have been caused by your hymen breaking. This can happen when a young woman has penetrative sex for the first time, but can also happen when you play sports or have a lot of movement down there (which from the sounds of it, you did).
The bleeding could even be caused by a scratch or cut being opened again.
If you were using condoms, chances are you are not pregnant. Your period may be late for any number of reasons, including the stress of worrying about it (this has happened to me in the past and it is scary!!! but the second I told someone I was concerned, sods law, there it was!!!)
I would however suggest that you either buy and use a pregnancy test or get one done by your doctor - this is completely confidential and your doctor will not tell anyone, including your parents.
I hope everything works out okay for you. :)

well, there's one or two answers i can think of. One, you could have broken your hymen, which isnt a big deal...its the same thing as "popping your cherry" If that did happen, its okay, because all it means is that a membrane over your uterus tore and that it'll probably be easier to have sex now. You can also tear your hymen playing sports, horse back riding, and a number of other ways. It's nothing to worry about.
The other thing that could have happened is that you might have torn tissue in your vagina possibly. If you did, you should see a doctor as soon as possible. While youre at the doctor, ask about getting a pregnancy test. Maybe you're that one in a million chance of having a baby? Or maybe you're the new madonna. Okay, bad joke, but you understand what i'm saying. Check out all the possible answers, and get yourself to a clinic if you can. And, also, make sure you tell your boyfriend what's happening, because it'll help a lot with whats going on with you two.

you are just a few days late on your period, that happens sometimes. There is no way you could be pregnant if your boyfriend used a rubber an only humped the outside in would be impossible.
He has to enter the canal with out a rubber unload his spirm even then the odds are slim in just one try.

if you're a virgin (or rather were, in this case), i think it's just that you've been penetrated and your hymen (a layer of skin that acts as a seal for the vagina) has been broken (perfectly natural), which explains the spot of blood.
as regards your delayed period, i think you're perfectly safe if your boyfriend wore a condom. just give it time, you might get it in a day or two...?
