I have just graduated from college, I do have some work experience, but not much. Don’t know how to write the resume that would catch eye. Is there any online service that can help?

Well, you may of course ask some of your friends, who are already working to show you their resumes. Or there are some tips offered free of charge on line, like http://www.alec.co.uk/resume_writing/index.htm or http://www.jobseekersadvice.com/cv_advice/articles/cv_tips.htm
and many others.
But personally I used this online service http://www.resumesexperts.com/ when was looking for my first job position. After that I have a good example of my resume, prepared quite professionally (don't feel sorry for a penny paid for that resume) and, besides, now I have much more personal experience to be self-sufficient in writing such things. But that was really a good start.

College degree didn't help much, did it?

I'm so sorry. Maybe try a bookstore for something that's easier to handle. Perhaps an online service is a little over the top for you.

Or...just post your qualifications here and let us have some fun with it.

The KEY with limited work experience is to focus more on what skills you've learned while in college. I would suggest going to your college's career center office. Their job is to help students find jobs, write cover letters and resumes, and prep for interviews.

Your computer is full of help in that area. But there are so many books at the library also. Try to keep it down to one page. You're selling yourself, remember that.
