Jack Daniels, Tequila, or Mezcal always works for me. Try working out in the evening. Go for a run or a long bike ride. That would be alot healthier than my first idea.

Listen to music until you fall asleep or take one shot of vodka. But if you are in school then you might be to young to drink...I don't know I can never sleep.

Why don't you try thatharmless sleep aide. I really can't think of the name but they show the commercial all the time.

find the most annoying person on-line that is on all day everyday and start chatting to them with no lights on you will fall sleepy real quick then just go to bed... its perfect

close your eyes, breathe in thru your nose and out thru your mouth. focus on only this and you should drift off to sleep

drink some valerian root. find it at your nearest health food store. it's non addictive and it works.
