Hydrogen peroxide BP is used in acne creams. I do not believe it would be BP if it was not in the cream so I don't think you can drink it. I also suspect it is quite poisonous as acne creams are generally not good for internal use.
In general hydrogen peroxide is a very strong oxidizing agent used in 3% for antiseptic and used in 35% for things like fuels. It is extremely poisonous in the concentrated form but not too bad in the diluted form. I still wouldn't recommend drinking it. The concentrated form that is occasionally used in chemistry is very, very explosive. Scary.

It is characteristically used for disinfecting wounds, bleaching hair and sterilising items. It can also be used to keep vegetables fresh. You get different grades of Hydrogen Peroxide. From 3% to 35% food grade. The lower the grade the less strength it has. It is extremely dangerous if not diluted as it is very corrosive to internal organ tissue. Some people do drink diluted quantities of Hydrogen peroxide because they say it dissasociates into Oxygen and Water in the body. Be very carefull. Read up on it on the internet.

One can drink most anything when diluted enough. And most things in the right quantities are toxic - even water.

I'd use Hydrogen Peroxide in my hair if I wanted it white. I don't know what the B.P is.

Hydrogen peroxide is a oxidating agent used for oxidation reactions. Bleaching hair, disinfecting wounds is also attributed to its oxidizing properties since it releases nascent oxygen i.e. [O] in atomic form which is highly reactive. B. P. stands for British Pharmacopia, which is a standard for quality of a product for pharma/medical use. in other words a B.P. grade product complies with Brit. Pharm. standards. so your hyd. per. is for medical use

depends on concentration. with exposure to light the 30% becomes a fun bomb. the commercial stuff you use to disinfect wounds is a little more tame

You might combust if you drink it...but yea...I guess you could, if you wanted to combust.
