i plan to do a project on preventing the use of petroleum and go for an alternate source i have seen a project where on electrolysis water can be used as a fuel . though o dont know the full details of the project . please educate on how to futher my idea and give me some circuit diagrams as i need to show a working model

If you are serious. You are talking about a fuel cell which uses an eletrical current to seperate water into hydrogen and oxygen, burns the oxygen which then produces heat and byproduct of water. Go to a library. Read a few science books. Contrary to popular conception there are other sources of information besides the internet.
