How can I have the bank waive all the overdraft fees? account has never been so bad?

My account has NEVER been this bad!!! How good of a chance do I have to have the bank waive them for now?

If you have never overdrawn before and approach your bank's manager as apologetic and regretful of your mistake and politely ask for them to waive the fees, you have the best chance. Obviously the bank is under no obligation to do so. From what I've experienced, if you are not a repeat offender the bank will work with you the first time. I hope things work out for you.
