I am doing my Internship with a company. My "Boss", is "exploiting my services", by making us work for him like hell, giving unreachable targets and doing rather low jobs. We are not able to do anything since he is the one who gives us our appraisal/marks at the end of our internship. We are saturated by his pressure as we cannot do anything about it. Please advise as of whot we can do to stop him from using us like slaves.

Start by documenting EVERYTHING. When push comes to shove, if it isn't written down, it didn't happen. Who does this jerk report to? What do they say about what is going on? When you started, what was written about what would be expected of you? What goals are you to meet? If you don't have anything to fall back on, you'll have to kill this guy with kindness. Do what you can, it it's not good enough for him, ask how you can make it right. It's tough to kiss butt. You may not have a choice for a while. Remember, document everything. What he asked for, what you did, how long it took, why he didn't like it etc. If all of you are doing this, it will show that the guy didn't help you achieve what you needed and that he was a crumb to work with. Interns shouldn't be with tyrants such as this!
