I've gone through that many times .
And I personally feel like it sucks because you want to remember where you remember it from but most of the time , you can't .
Chances are , you have been at the place before talking to the same person with the same reactions , but not the same conversation .
I asked a friend of mine who happens to be a psychologist , and he said it's simply the minds way of remembering things . It happens automatically .
It's the same way with reaction .
I once got the flu , and the last thing I ate before the vomiting began was a philly cheese steak hot pocket . Sadly , everytime I even just smell philly cheese steak hot pockets or see them now , my mind associates them with being sick .
It's not deja vu we're going through ,
It's the mind's recognition with association .
I hope that helps you in anyway .

deja vu is the having the eerie feeling you've experienced a new situation prior to it occurring, but what you're describing is Deja vecu, which means 'already lived through' and is characterized by strong feeling you've acted out the same scenes before, but the situation is new. deja vecu has a large amout of sensory information attributed to it other than just sight, it also has actions and speech.
There are theories galore about this phenomena, some of which lean towards mild memory disorders. However, I remember having a conversation years ago with a group of friends about this. He believed it could be the by product of the universe repeating itself.
I'm sceptical about this theory, but it did make for an interesting debate.

I have experienced de ja vu numerous times before and also have said to myself I've been here. I believe in astral projection, know for a fact I do it. De ja vu to me means I am now living a situation I have visited during one of my astral projections. I also have had what seemed like recurring dreams only to actually one day find myself in the exact same situation.

It is deja vu, I get it too. Everyone does. Either you dreamt it, or time is catching up with you. You're fully in the present and don't know what's happening. That's my theory. Because time does not exist. You could've been there before!

i imagine each and every man or woman studies somewhat of deja vu. i do not inevitably imagine it is something to be aggravating over, or perhaps faint. though i imagine you've were given been over whelmed on the perception. If it keeps, then per chance you should make certain a surgeon and tell him/her your indicators. solid success!

You might find this article from the BBC News website of interest. There is some research going on in Leeds into deja vu.

The simple answer is that you have been there before, a millisecond before, you neurons jumped paths and the situation was imprinted twice.

Yeah I had that happened to me alots of times and even just dreaming it and then happening in reality. I think its being very focused in predicting your outcome in life or being gifted with psyche ablity.
