Depends on which line you want to use. The majority appear to close at 12.30am, restarting at approximately 5am. Hope this helps, check out the link below.

as an underground worker i get asked this question all the time, it stops at approximately 12-12:30 in central London, depending on the line. The best way to find out is to ask your friendly neighbourhood tube staff, they can look up the time for each station and line... or if you come to West Ham just ask for me, the dodgy Canadian!

check tfl.gov.uk to find out the exact time since it depends on the different lines and stations but on average, count just after midnight
