[1] Not smart on his part. The teacher is showing a huge level of danger, here. It's highly inappropriate and definitely unethical for a teacher to take advantage of a student in this manner. Not that I mean any offense to you, but what's wrong with him that he can't find someone closer to his own age, or at least someone who's graduated from high school?

[2] Not smart on your part, either. The teacher will be arrested if anyone of authority finds out, and when he gets out of prison and the matter is public record, he'll never be able to teach, anywhere, ever again. Is that what you were looking for when getting into a relationship with him?

[3] What are the laws regarding statutory rape in your state?

The situation is not good. This only means that if you break the relations the opposite will happen. You will not be assessed correctly. The teacher is not doing his duty properly. He is taking undue advantage of student - teacher relation. It is a wake-up call.

No, it's not okay and your should tell your parents about this situation. You are a minor, and these matters are best left to those who love you the most. Let them handle it... there are things happening here which you do not see or understand at your age.
