Last night I made the mistake of shaving my legs and then going swimming immediatley after. It's about 5:00 in the morning and I can't get to sleep because of all the itching. I tried putting lotion on, and that seemed to work for a while, but not anymore. Please help me!!

benadryl or hydrocortisone cream if you have them
you can also take benadryl tablets-two 25mg tablets every 6 hours but no more than 6 in 24 hours. they will make you sleepy.
if you don't have any of those-try taking another shower but use mild soap like ivory or dove-nothing with perfumes or dyes in it.

It's an allergic reaction. Put some ice on your legs for about 15 minutes and wait it suppose to help you. If you have Lanacane lotion, it's the best that you can use for stop it. Lanacane it's not good only for hemorrhoid but for scratching too.

Take a shower to get all of the clorine off, then put lotion on again, and wala problem solved.

Take an anti histamine, like benadryl. Real hot water works too, it overloads the nerves. Seriously.

hey give this i try i heard it from my teacher hope it will work for u! just slap where it itches real super duper hard for a long time untill it stings then it will just sting and not itch unless u hate stings more than itch but yea slap that thing! D:<

your having a reaction. try some over the counter benadryl. if no relief in two days contact your doctor. this is my advise what i would do. I'm not your doctor. do you have allergies?? if so make sure its not benadryl. Kat
