Few days ago suddenly I can't type anything into my laptop computer, the keyboard seems not working at all. I don't know whether this is caused by some sort of virus/worms and is there anyway to get the keyboard activated again.

Hi, I'm a toshiba technician and an engineer by course... with this problem you may try to test your keyboard outside the operating system...

Turn off the system.. turn it back on and then keep on tapping F8... one of the option says just the word "SAFEMODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT" choose that option (using up and down cursor keys) and then press enter.... you will a black background and you will noticed a blinking cursor.... then try to type some of the letters... now if the same problem occured that means the problem is the keyboard and if it is working that means you have a software problem... might be that the input driver was uninstalled for no reason... configuration have been changed....
just email me at benj_odell@yahoo.com if you may need my help....

have a great day ahead.
