I lost 6 lbs last week and four months into my workout program, diet has always been consistent and I just needed to get some tone, strength and muscle definition rather that loose a lot of weight.

Sweet FA weightloss last week.
But today I began a diet as I am so disgusted with myself. I am being hardcore strict.
It's my birthday soon and I wanted to be thin this year. Well I failed massively at that so now my goal is thin by Xmas.
I used to be one of those tall and skinny ones without effort so am not used to watching my weight. Age has caught up with me and so now I am going to have to put some effort in instead of coasting along.

I didn't lose any and I didn't put on any.
I'm not on a diet, but I always count the calories of what I eat and keep a balance.

I dont know and I dont care. I am 8 stone 13 and I am a size 8 at 5'7. Happy now? Stop being so god damn weight concious! Noone cares unless you are MASSIVE in which case you're damaging yourself. NOW GET A GRIP!
