Are house prices in the UK still rising?. If so by how much in the next 6 months?

i bought mine in the north west four years ago for £24000 and my best mate bought one on the same street last nov for £80000 we've now got one up for sale for £85000 so basically yes house prices are still rising

Yes they are but it depends where you are. I bought a house last month for 450,000 sold it this month for 530,000 but this was in South London.

The prices have been rising at a fair rate nationally, but not that fast
