I strongly feel every country in the world should legalise prostituion. The main benefits for this proposal...are
1. social - prostitution has, is & will always be there
- it serves a very important outlet (or inlet) for people who need to have sex
- it provides for the living of the sex-workers
- it provides an avoidance of sex related crimes
2. health - it enables the authorities to manage & regulate commercial sex, STDs & AIDS
- it gives the sex-workers a legitimate profession and they could seek medical services like evrybody else.

Why not? Be honest, it is going to happen anyhow. If you make it legal, like my country, the Netherlands, did, at least you can much more easily introduce health schemes and combat trafficking of women, which sadly still is a reality.
