You know that oxygen and chlorine are more elecronegative than carbon
and as they have more accomodation capacity both of them
with draws electrons from carbon.
Due to inductive effect the carbon with draws electrons from hydrogens ( electronegativity of carbon and hydrogen are almost equal)
the hydrogens are now become acidic hydrogens and tend to leave the moleule
In the three compounds lll is acidic as there are two chlorines and oxygen the with drawal capacity of carbon is more and acidity is more
ll is some what less than lll
and l is weaker than ll and lll in acidity

order of acidity lll > ll > l >
