It would depend entirely upon WHO the giver is! If it was from my gay "boyfriend", I'd definitely take the KISS - he's already given me plenty of presents over the years, but is frigid & stingy in the physical affection department, if ya know what I mean!!!!
Anyone else?! Why, I think I'd probably be more inclined to take the present. Most (straight) men these days seem to be looking for a "sugar mama" to take care of them, and it would be a refreshing change to find one who'd like to treat ME to something nice for a change!

Case study: It's your birthday, you mom comes down in the morning, you wanted that new red bike, you'd been good, asked for it well in advance, and your sister got a pink bike on her birthday just two months prior. Dad follows Mom and comes over and say's "Son..... Mwah" Happy birthday. I'd be fookin livid! So, no contest, I'd rather have a red bike than kiss a hundred birds in sweaty Jak's (It's nightclub).... ........this is difficult.......because I love presents......but I would feel materialistic and greedy if I said a present.
If it is an either/or, then I would honestly say, a kiss. My sweetheart kisses good.

Present I don't like surprises but I don' t like slobber either. i love to give presents and not so much to get them. But a kiss is way to personal for my liking.
