Id travel back of course...I want to see Jesus how it REALLY was!
If everything thats said in the bible is true... only if I could come back though... I would like to travel forward to see when we actuallt do destroy this earth or if we save it...and to see how we are living in the future...I mean as technology progresses Id like to see what it would all be like....I wouldnt like to live in the past though TOO HARD!! I enjoy having running hot water and drinking water even if it is full of chemicals and contaminants, Ive had to heat water before to have a bath in and wash dishes and its not fun... I can tell u that!

Backwards, i'd fix some of the things i've done that i'm ashamed of, or embarrassed by, i would definitely go back to the nineties and tell the teenage boy succumbing to peer pressure not to smoke that cigarette. I would also like to go forward to see how things end up in a hundred years without oil, etc. or if we will even be here. Going back to the start would be cool too as i could answer that how did we get here question, it's not fair i want a time machine ;-(

Definately forward in time - I'd hate to do without all the modern conveniences such as electricity, flushing toilets and hot baths. Having to put up with horse power to get any where, unmade dirt roads, ignorance and superstition, especially on medical matters (imagine having to have an operation without anaesthetics), the lack of modern communications would drive me mad - in past times only the wealthy could afford to buy books. There are so many things we take for granted on a daily basis today (decent toothpaste and toilet paper !) I could not imagine going back in time unless it was to right some terrible wrong but as that would not be possible I think I will look toward the future with the hope that at sometime mankind will , at last, start to learn from previous mistakes, especially with regard to war and global warming.

Backwards. If I could just go back and do it again I would fix alot of things I'm not happy with now.
If I couldn't just turn back time though...if it was like just a vision, I'd still go back just to reminisce.
If you want to know why I wouldn't want to fast forward my life or catch a glimpse of the future, watch the movie Click.

I think it would be nice to travel backwards in time to see what things were like in the past

i would like to go back in time as the future scares the hell out of me it is the unknown that is so worrying but not only this there have been so many injustices done in the past it would be good to go back and change them and see if we can bring some of the good things forward and hopefully change things for the better and to get a better understanding of how things were and ask a lot more probing questions

i would travel back to 1919 with the knowledge of firepower and alchemy where guns where concerned. Also with the knowledge of pennisilin and arm and prepare my fellow Irish countrymen bringing north and south together and I would make sure we got all the counties back from England. i would also kill Eamon Devalera. I would create a country with an Army as great as England so we would never be made slaves again! Then all the future history of N.Ireland would be exstinguished...

My husband and I have talked about this before and we would like to backwards about 20 years putting him born in 1931 and me in 1944. It's just more of an era we relate to and the changes that took place and are taking place during our lifetime are so rapid and out of control that we feel the harder work and the simpler lifestyle of just 20 years prior to our respective births would be sufficient to make us comfortable and less stressed.

Well I'd like to do both, but seeing as I have to make a choice, I'd go ..... backwards. Purely just to see how it was to live in a certain era, or see certain events and how they all tie up with our current history knowledge to see if its correct. Of course it would also be very tempting to try and prevent certain bad events happening.
