Who would you rather work for and why? A male boss or a female boss?

I am going with a male, they are easier to get along with, they don't emotionally swing like a monkey from tree to tree and they don't begrudge you if you look more attractive than they do, they mostly shoot straight from the hip which is very important to me.

I had several different bosses in my professional life, and I prefer work for a man.
a female boss wants to prove to all that she's strong, and so it's difficult to work with her
a male boss is just natural, it's easier

and on my last job, I felt in love with my boss, and lucky me, he felt in love with me, and now we're engaged !
fortunately, we're not in the same company.

The answer might depend on if you are male or female...and I'd like to say it makes no difference...it depends on the person...but as a female...and from my own experience...I find men much easier to work for....they seem to evaluate me on a much different basis...and often more fairly.

as far as previous experiences , i found that the overwhelmingly obsessive and abusive bosses , could easily be in the form , of a man or a woman .

Well dear, I'm the boss, so I guess you should ask my employees whether they prefer working for me or if they'd have wanted somebody else instead!
