6- If you would like a shortcut ticket to cut the queues, you will need to purchase one on entry to the park or at the hotels, as they soon run out!
7- If there is a large queue for a ride (1 hour +) early on in the day, then don't go on, the queue may be shorter near the end of the day.

they do have boards situated around the park that let you know how long the queues are for each ride, but sods law is usually the shortest queue is on the ride at the opposite side of the park from you and when you get there it is twice as long because everyone had the same idea as you. the best time to go i find is at the begining or at the end of the season, the weather is not brill but it usually quieter and the queues shorter.

You do have to queue for hours sometimes, but I think you can get fast-track tickets to some rides now, so you grab a ticket and come back at the appropriate time slot.
Nemesis is great.
You should go on a rainy day. The queues are shorter, especially for wet rides, and you'll soon dry off when the rain stops.
Did you see the news? One of their rides+an accident... nice.

Went on Friday. Not too busy - don't have to queue for too long. Only problem is, when it is hot all of the rides break down....you end up walking around in circles to see what rides are working or waiting for ages for them to reopen. The best ride is Air and the biggest waste of time was Submission. Rita, Queen of Speed also very good. Go on a week day if you can as not so busy. Try to go when to too hot and then rides will not break down so much. Also, at moment runaway train is closed as they are investigating because last Thursday it .... ran away...people hurt etc. Enjoy.

I expect them to be a little better since the accident but its always a pain during school holidays, last time I went during the holidays it was a waste, could only go on a couple of rides due to 45-90 minute queues all for a 90 second ride. Waste of money when its that busy.
