Well ... The Franco/Prussian war preceded WWI. There is allot of tension out there. Middle East, and Asia. Yeah, I think we will be in WW III before Bush is out of office. If not then, by the end of the decade.

When was WW I? There was no world war for there to be a world war II. Besides, neither had every nation in the world and the first one was called the Great War. What makes you think such a large scale war will happen now? The world is at relative peace at the moment.

WW III started on 9.11

But most people have not being willing to identify it as such. This is a war against extremists. It is raging is every nation. Lebanon, Iraq, Israel, Egypt, France, UK, Philippines, Indonesia, Jordan, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, Netherlands, Belgium, USA, Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and many many more.

This sounds like a world war to me.

The world is very politically unstable, and all the powers are vying to come out on top.

If you think about it; it IS WW3. Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon etc... life in these countries has once again become cheap. The war is right in front of us and thousands are dying each day. the only thing that stops us thinking it is a war is because our technology means that less of us die than them.

The only thing to be worried about is when the Arab man gets sick of the West in his back yard and fights back. That will be the real start. I mean - who gave us the right to invade all of these countries - oh sorry... we did...

im on both sides. So far, not much is happening and it doesnt loo like World War III....yet....

But as we are talking, Israel (sorry for spelling problems) and Lebinon are fighting, the US is in Iraq, China is not looking so friendly, and North Korea is building missiles. And who knows, maybe the next generation of Nazis are forming right now. Should tthis turn into WWIII, it is not looking so good for the US, which willprobably up against Iraq and other middle eastern countries, China, and North Korea. If they should declare war on us, lets hope they dont go to shooting their nuclear missiles, and lets hope we have great aid in allies like Great Britain, Germany, and other countries.

It's the verge but I also think it is planned because of an election year... meaning if Bush can send Rice over there to settle things then he looks successful.
