bit hard this one, due to what you want to count, if you just want to measure the hydrosphere then your answer is 1.4 × 10^21 kilograms,this is also the amount of litres as 1lt has a mass of 1kg at starndard temperature and pressure.

I'm not entirely sure if this includes all the water tied up in all the living things of the planet, but i imagine it may do
