is it better to go to a tanning salon or just lay out in the sun? my friends tell me they are the same but wouldnt a natural tan be better?

The tans from the salons don't last long, like 2 or 3 days. The ones from the sun take longer to get, but last so much longer. You have to be real carefull in the salons, too.

no tanning is best for your skin, next best is a sunless self tanner, after that probly natural, but either way u r doing damage.

well the salon would be faster. but do you really want to risk the chance of skin cancer?
