They just started recording for their next album but without kev. I'm soooo sad that he is gone : (

I'll try my best to answer your question. Backstreet Boys already made their long awaited cd in 2005, Never Gone. They're still here, a little older and wiser. I don't know if they have any plans to make another album.

According to MTV, they are just starting to work on another album, minus the oldest member Kevin who has left because he wants more time with his family. The single is suppose to be out in October.

They are not gone because they had just released their album. Well..i like them so i'm hoping they will be back for more. :0
