No. Thanks to the ever medling high powered western nations that forced Iraq into this current state. The country now is also in civil war, with the separate communities religous beliefs in tow, which as history shows, a religious war will continue far beyond my lifetime (41 yrs young). Which really leaves the begging question to ask. Who is willing to help Iraq during & through this period.
