If you regret things constantly you are just denying your true sense of character! You sound like a person who makes an effort and it never matters if you say something silly, everyone does it and you probably made someone smile! Think of the positive knock on effect of your actions if your actions at the time didnt make you feel good!

a wise man who invented the telphone said:

When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us.

Regret is looking back! So look forward to looking ahead!! Otherwise you'll regret regretting so much!x

I'm a great believer in having no regrets but when we feel we made the wrong decision then learn from those "regrets." We all choose the path we have chosen to take for a reason...just enjoy the journey and learn from everything you do

Choices are made to make decisions,
when a decision was made,
it was suppose to be the best decision at that time
considering the available factors.

Definitely... NO REGRETS, you can never change the past.
But surely, you have total control of the present.

Try this! Think before taking any action. For the bigger decision, think twice. When things have gone wrong, always remind yourself that it was the best choice at the moment, given that you have limited of the resources (money, connection, whatsoever). It was the best you can do at the time. No regret! No remorse!

Yes, I regret things, though I wouldn't exactly deem it healthy.
The simplest way to look at it is by telling yourself it has already happened and you can't turn back time.
Of course, there's always damage control, I suppose.
In any case, I'm sure someone else will come up with something helpful. Good luck!

quite simple, tell yourself it was the right decision at the time, it was how you felt so don't beat yourself up, if we all had the power of hindsight we would never make mistakes an were is the joy in being right all the time, we all learn from our mistakes, just try to brush it aside an get on with life, if you have hurt someones feelings then say sorry, if you have hurt yourself say sorry an let it go xx

Yes of course I have an array of minor regrets at the daily things I do. I just accept there is nothing I can do to change them, if you make a mistake learn from it don't stress.

yes. going into a pre-marital relationship that ended in disaster. the birth of an 8 year old daughter whom i love so much but cant have living with me. that relationship and the decision to have a child then still remains a great source of regret.
