* How to Grow Taller *

What you do when you're young will likely affect how big and tall you grow to be.

Steps
Drink lots of milk.
Get lots of sleep.
Do not drink caffeine.
Eat healthy foods.
Get a cat or dog (they are proven stress relievers, and stress stunts growth).
Do not lift heavy weights.
Stand straight and keep a good posture.
Think positive thoughts.
Ask people to pull on you from both ends.

Tips
Dont pull too hard!

Remember that you probably can't grow significantly taller. Try to be happy with your natural genetics and don't fight too hard!

You cant do things to grow taller its how your bodys genes are some people have the genetics and will be tall and some people wioll be short. theres a slim possiblitly that you could ask your doctor about a possible medication.

Drink alot of carrot juice. It really helps. Recently I've built a bar into a doorway thats perfect to hang from or exercise on. Its a good way too.

if u spent a lot of time ie 1-2 hours a day it can help make ur body longer but the effects dont last too long after u stop other than that its medical
by the way whats wrong with beeing short , what hight r u

Eat well - get alot of protein and carbohydrates.

Go swimming regularly.

This may help if you are under 16 years old - other wise it's too late!

Personally,being nearly 6ft,I dont know what being short is.Doctors can refer someone who is very short to have their legs broke,pins put in,and stretched.This involves turning screws every day.ouch.I think a person should be happy with how god made them.

drink lots of milk, 8 hour sleep, do stretches every morning, try not to do weight lifting especially standing up :)
