Yes I do! I started when I was 3 1/2 and was horrified when my mom left told me she had to leave me there. I cried for 15 minutes without a breath. Then a girl told me to be quiet and scratched me. I hit her and we got into a pint-sized fight, not a serious one though. Then I asked her if she wanted to play with me, she said okay. Her name is Katrina and we're still bestfriends to this day (we're now freshmen in univeristy).

I turned 5 (the age we go to school in New Zealand) during the Summer holidays, and then just before school started my Grandfather died, so we had to travel across the country to his funeral. So I remember my first day very well. I was one week late starting and my brother took me to the class. I went into the room and the whole class stared at me. My first friend was a kid called Anthony and we became friends because we smelled poose and crawled all around the class looking up girls dresses until we saw poose in Maria's undies. We knew and she knew we knew but no one said anything. It's funny because when we were older we weren't really friends but we always kinda knew each other and we were never enemies.

Wow, yes, that made me think back a bit!

I remember looking up at all the "big girls" (who were only about 12, but they looked real big to me!) - I also remeber one of the other kids peeing herself in the gymnasium...

My first friend had been a friend since playschool. She was lovely. We stayed in touch even when I moved abroad, but we lost touch after she went to university and I had my son and moved. It's a pity, we had a really close connection for years.

Yes. Kindergarten. My mother dropped me off and I started crying. Shannon T. became my first best friend, and I was devastated when her parents got a divorce and she moved away. She moved back to town in my 12th grade, but we were very different.

Yes. I was very shy and this really pesky boy, Chris, who was just gorgeous to look at, made me laugh and then it was time for recess and we chased each other and proceeded to do so until we were 20 - then we parted paths - but we're still friends and I think he is still as gorgeous to look at as ever, and yes, my husband knows all about him.
