How much does it cost to get gardens landscaped?
(the lawns come already turfed)

And do you think chandeliers are still relevant in this day and age?

I am doing it myself and it has cost me $500+ so far for plants, pots, soil, mulch, weed fabric, sand, pavers, and edgers. I imagine I have $200-300 more to spend before I am done. I also bought $200+ in tools and equipment. These are relatively small projects, mostly cleaning out beds and some new plants. So, double or triple that if small jobs ($2000-3000), and the sky is the limit if you have a large yard or big jobs (retaining walls, excavation, etc).

Chandeliers... depends on what you mean by a chandelier. I hate the gold and glass 'look' and we are getting rid of the two that were installed in our house. However, we did install a nice chandelier style light with a deco/craftsman look to it.

How long is a piece of string? what you asking for isn't possible to answer without a lot of information!. and in the end its really down to how much you want to spend!. so sit down and think about what you want and how big your budget will be to do the job.. Landscaping doesn't come cheaply specially if you want a great garden when its finished.

That would depend on the size of the area, as well as what you choose to have planted ... also where you are located ; prices can vary greatly , depending on where you are ... generally , to do say , around the front of your house, and bit more, it should run between 500 - 1000 dollars ...
