I had kidney stones. I think it was in March or April. They had to be surgically removed. I am having the pain again. Is it likely to have them this soon again? Or, is it more likely to be some kind of infection or something? Please, let me know if you have had kidney stones this close together before, or if you know of anything that might help ease the pain.

I've had two kidney stones. They were both quite painful, but very small...only about 4 mm. in diameter.

You need to have and MRI or CAT scan to see how large they are. If tehy're tto big to pass, then you'll need to either break them up with sonic agitation, or they'll need to be surgically removed. My doctor told me to drink lots of citric acid (lemonade, etc...) and lots of water to prevent more stones. The only thing that relieved the pain for me was Darvocet. Sorry. good luck.
