Yes, I bought a digital camera.

The ad said that it was new, and in it's box. It was, but it had been used, obviousley tried out, and when they saw it didn't work properly they sold it on ebay. To a div like me!!

The picture is all fuzzy and has lines on it, and the flash doesn't work.

Unfortunately, I'm too peaceful a person to complain, so I just left it. It's sitting in a bottom drewer in my house. I haven't bought anything since.

Yes once I bought a part for my brand new cell phone which the seller described that it would work for my particular model. It ended up breaking my phone, and all I asked was for the seller to fix his advertisement so other people wouldn't get cheated. He basically told me to go f--k myself, and ebay didn't do anything about it either.

Sort of. I've bought a few CD's that turned out to be bootlegs.

I didn't mind because they were rare imports that would have costed me like $50 apiece instead of the $15 I paid.

Yes! If you paid with PayPal, file a dispute.
