i'm not trying to sell anything........i just want ppl to realise that will power has nothing to do with it.....read the book and you will see for your self......i dont know any one who has read the book and not stopped smoking.....if you dont believe me,try it....what have you got to lose???
but you could gain a lot.

well done and thanks for sharing that.
I think it is good that people can get on here and share their good news, it helps them feel better about themselves.
Keep going with being free from that habit.

I stopped 3.5 years ago by reading that book!!!! It's amazing!!!
I didn't even wanna stop but read it cause my ex had, then all of a sudden I was smoking my last cigarette while reading the chapter - 'your last cigarette' - I have never looked back since! lol
Feel so good now that I've done it and I'm never going back!

The answers that you're seeing are actually right. The most successful stop smoking method is going Cold Turkey. It's the most successful by FAR. But you have to be to the point of disgust where you're ready to make the decision to just stop.

Well done mate!! I quit a year ago today using nicotine patches, I'm so glad i did it. It was costing me a fortune and I feel much healthier now. I would encourage anyone to do it.

Will power is the only thing by which you can stop smoking. You must have determination.
